- Scope: account profile (name, email), user-generated content, photos, and voice/audio recordings are deleted.
- Timeline: completed within 30 days of verification; backups purge within 90 days.
- Retention exceptions: minimal records retained for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance; non-identifiable aggregate data may be retained.
- Irreversible: this action permanently removes your account and cannot be undone.
11. Data Deletion Requests
You can request deletion of your personal data at any time. To submit a request, email privacy@shopssee.com from the email address associated with your account with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. We may ask you to verify your identity and ownership of the account.
- What we delete: account profile (name, email), user-generated content (requests/posts), photos, and voice/audio recordings.
- Timeline: we aim to complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your request. Content may persist in backups for up to 90 days, after which it is purged.
- What we may retain: minimal records required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, and non-identifiable aggregate data.
- Impact: deleting data may permanently remove your account and disable sign-in. This action cannot be undone.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice by posting on our site, in the app, or via email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
