How do I create and verify my account?

Download the app, register with your email and follow the verification prompt. If you don’t receive a code within a minute, tap “Resend” or contact support@shopssee.com.

How do I ask a shop about product availability?

Open the app and search for the product you need. Tap a shop or company, choose Ask availability, and send your question. You’ll receive replies with details, specifications, pricing, and options so you can compare and decide quickly.

Can I reserve an item before I arrive?

Yes. Mark the item as “preparable” when the shop confirms availability. The shop will prepare it for pickup and optionally hold it for a limited time.

How do notifications work?

You’ll receive real-time updates when shops reply. Manage notification preferences in → Notifications.

How does Shopssee protect my data?

We use encryption in transit, role-based access, and strict retention policies. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
